Thank you for choosing Camelot Healthcare Management, Inc. DBA Suncare Respiratory Services, a privately owned and operated Home Medical Equipment company. Suncare Respiratory Services’ goal of continuous quality improvement is designed to provide you with a standard of excellence in service. In order to give you the best possible service, we ask for your cooperation and offer the following information.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Closed 12 - 2pm for lunch) 

        PLEASE NOTIFY US IF: 
    • You no longer need the delivered equipment.
    • There is a change in your address or telephone number.
    • You are hospitalized.      
    • There is a change in insurance coverage.
    • You have special delivery requests 

AFTER-HOURS SERVICE: 

A 24 hour answering service will answer all calls.  If a true emergency exists, tell the operator you wish to speak to a representative.  The operator will contact the person on call.  If you wish to leave a message, you may do so.  Only emergency deliveries or maintenance are made on weekends or holidays.  Please call with billing questions during routine business hours.

We have provided you with a Bill of Rights and shall honor those rights.  Due to ethical and moral preference of out staff, our policy states that we shall not remove life support equipment from a patient without a physician’s order.  We hope that you understand this policy and if you have any questions, call us and discuss it with one of our professional staff members.

In an emergency situation where medical assistance is required, all employees would call 911 and wait for emergency medical assistance to arrive.

CONCERNS AND COMPLAINTS: 

Regarding medical equipment, billing, personnel or service, should be placed via telephone to our local Area Manager. Our representatives are eager to assist you. In addition, if you have any complaints or concerns regarding patient safety or quality of care issues, please call your local office so that we may resolve any issues in a timely manner.

NOTICE:

Our organization is accredited by the Joint Commission. The Joint Commission has a toll-free hotline 800/994-6610 that addresses all complaints/concerns or any type of input you may have regarding our service. If you have any feedback or concerns, you may contact a staff member at this number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
